Eeveelution: Skeleon

Uhm. A. Ghost type eeveelution?
My second try, and even though I like this one better than my
first, there is a few things that I dont care for. The shadowing on its legs was my way to say "it's filthy on its legs?" and the stars on its ears is because ... otherwise the ears was dull to watch.

The tail is a good idea, I believe. And the legs. The concept is good. haha. But please do point out things that can be done in another way. (Tell me HOW, not just wats wrong. This goes for the colours too.) I was a bit nervous for black/white ghost type. Maybe its dull and old. But I hate purple and it has been done before.
